Major letting at ORE 70 sees 71,000 sq ft snapped up

Trebor Developments and Hillwood have let their ORE 70, Telford, new building to an unnamed international delivery company.

The letting is for the whole of the building, some 70,841 sq ft, will provide a new distribution centre on a 10 year lease.

Bob Tattrie, managing partner at Trebor, said: “Our tenant is a fast-expanding national and international distribution company, which we are delighted to welcome at ORE 70. This is the largest new build speculative industrial letting in Telford for approximately 10 years and supports our decision to invest in the Telford region, leading to this letting shortly after building completion. We had strong interest from a range of occupiers in the building.”
