Trio of private equity heavyweights launch Birmingham venture

A trio of private equity heavyweights are combining their expertise to form the advisory bridge between management teams, PE houses and advisors with the launch of dealspan in Birmingham.

With its head office in St. Paul’s Square, dealspan aims to to offer expertise to private equity investors and management teams that are looking for strategic private equity advice.

Founders Chris Hurley, Andy Lyndon and Ged Gould have more than 75 years combined experience, delivering 200 new investments and 130 exits.

“Understanding precisely what each side is trying to achieve, dealspan is the bridge to ensure that the best private equity deal for both parties is agreed pragmatically and painlessly, said Hurley, founding director.
