Council to sell more than £1m of commercial ground rent lots at auction

Bond Wolfe will be selling over £1m worth of commercial ground rent lots on behalf of Birmingham City Council in its next livestreamed auction.

The ground rents on five freehold commercial units have guide prices from £125,000 up to £250,000, and will be the first five lots of the day.

First to go under the hammer on the day will be 86 Lord Street in Birmingham, a two storey unit with a guide price of £125,000+.

A guide price of £225,000+ has been given to 160 Hockley Hill, and 70 Summer Lane, has a guide price of £250,000+.

For 110 Bissell Street, Birmingham, the guide price is £200,000+, with 10 & 10a Eyre Street, having a guide price of £225,000+.

The Birmingham homes are just a few of the 248 lots listed in Bond Wolfe’s next auction which starts at 8.30am on Wednesday 21 July.
