Businesses come home to the office in flurry of new Cornwall Buildings deals

Bruntwood Works has completed a series of lettings at its newly refurbished Cornwall Buildings offices.

It will welcome a variety of Birmingham businesses to its flexible workspace, including recruitment specialists Ashley James and fashion consultancy Ying Lau Limited. Other new customers include Orbis Partners, Seren Bay & Stride Resource Management.

The new agreements have been secured in direct response to the outcome of Bruntwood Works’ investment into the Cornwall Buildings, which has also been rated Covid safe by the British Safety Council.

The Cornwall Buildings, a period grade II-listed building in the heart of Birmingham’s business district completed a £1.3m refurbishment in March 2020, transforming it from a corporate workspace to include contemporary interiors, modern art and cutting-edge design more in line with a boutique hotel. It now offers a variety of serviced offices – which are dog friendly – as well as a range of flexible workspaces including break-out areas, hot desks and a lounge for freelancers, start-ups and mobile workers.
