Pre-let secured on trio of speculative schemes

Hortons’ Estate has secured the pre-let of all three new speculative industrial/warehouse units at a Staffordshire industrial park to a single occupier.

Freight Management European has agreed a five-year lease on the new buildings at Marchington Industrial Estate on Stubby Lane near Uttoxeter.

They include a single warehouse unit of 7,000 sq ft and two 5,000 sq ft buildings that have been converted into a new 10,000 sq ft facility.

Freight Management European provides logistics and warehouse services across a range of industrial and commercial sectors including automotive, retail, defence, construction, aerospace, engineering and consumer goods.

The company plans to use the new units for long-term storage to support the fulfilment of existing contracts and is due to take immediate occupation following completion of works.
