Building Society on recruitment drive to create over 45 jobs

Coventry Building Society is recruiting over 45 roles at its head offices in Binley and Walsgrave.

The Society is looking for people at various stages in their careers in customer service, IT and other areas.

The latest recruitment drive for entry-level and more established career roles is further indication of growth at the UK’s second largest building society, which has continued to recruit throughout the pandemic and has recently introduced hybrid working, where most colleagues have a blend of office and home working.

Holly Fenton, from Coventry Building Society’s Talent Acquisition team, said: “There’s a huge pool of talent in Coventry and Warwickshire and we’re looking for a range of people with different types of skills and levels of experience. We’ll provide lots of training and development opportunities, so any new starter can reach their full potential with us.”
