Construction management consultancy announces the launch of new business
Construction management consultants Poole Dick has announced the launch of a new arm to its business.
Poole Dick Plus is a new division of the Staffordshire-based group, offering a range of new services to clients that support both corporate and project compliance.
Alan Nixon will join as director of Poole Dick Plus.
Previously CEO at Novus Property Solutions, he brings with him a wealth of experience in a range of specialist areas.
Project based services provided by the new business will include on-site monitoring of quality and specification conformance, principal designer duties, site safety inspections and precontract de-risking and service connection management, whether for single projects or across multi-site programmes.
It will also offer broader support in helping organisations appraise their corporate risk and compliance arrangements, facilitate strategic planning cycles, and support the development of a positive health and safety culture within organisations.
