Property consultancy snaps up counterpart to create 700-strong team

Ridge and Partners (Ridge), the property and construction consultancy which has offices in Birmingham, has acquired Projex Building Solutions, a multi-service counterpart.

Phil Tomalin and Nick Keaney are now partners of Ridge and will support the integration of the two firms. The move sees 36 staff join Ridge – 23 in Leeds and 13 in Birmingham, re-branding as Ridge. The total headcount at Ridge will grow to more than 700 people across its twelve offices.

Founded in Oxford in 1946, Ridge is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year.
