Technology business secures multimillion-pound IT partnership with global automotive firm

Birmingham-headquartered Intercity Technology has won a five-year, multimillion-pound partnership with global automotive engineering firm HORIBA MIRA.

Intercity Technology will provide IT solutions to support HORIBA MIRA’s future growth and development. The new partnership will also allow HORIBA MIRA to be more agile and responsive to the change in demands in the marketplace.

Tim Nathan, COO, HORIBA MIRA, said: “HORIBA MIRA need to offer a world class-level of IT support that can also be agile and responsive to the change in demands resulting from our strategic direction. Ultimately, this is why we made the decision to enter into a five-year strategic partnership with Intercity. This affiliation will enable us to deliver against this requirement and will see a core number of HORIBA MIRA’s IT team transfer to Intercity, with Intercity also adding additional capacity and capability through its Managed Services division.“

The combined solution will provide day to day IT help desk/service desk support to HORIBA MIRA and its tenants located onsite.
