Work on city centre period office building completes

Hortons’ Estate has announced the completion of external works at The White House in Birmingham city centre.

The company has carried out facade works on the seven-storey period office building, located at the corner of New Street and Temple Street. The project included the redecoration of the front and rear of the building.

The White House comprises retail space on the ground floor, with office suites above. It is home to occupiers including the Belgian Embassy, family-owned food and farming business Vestey Foods, and H&C Accountants who relocated from Victoria Square earlier this year.

Nina Meeks of Hortons’ said: “We’re pleased to have completed the external works at The White House. This project was all about giving the building an external facelift that does justice to the standard of accommodation inside. It’s a charming period building and it’s exciting to be able to remove the scaffolding and reveal its new look.”

Refurbished office suites are available to let at The White House from 300 sq ft to 1,200 sq ft on flexible terms.

Johnson Fellows and JLL are the agents.
