Plans revealed to extend Birmingham business centre

Plans to extend a business centre on Bradford Street in Birmingham have been lodged with the city council.

4G Properties wants to build a new wing to the main courtyard of Bradford Court completing the quad, replace an “unsympathetic” extension in the parking courtyard and build one- and two=storey rooftop extensions to the main wings

An additional level is also proposed to the existing tower.

The plans will bring forward a total floorspace of 37,800 sq ft to the business centre. Bradford Court is currently home to serviced offices of varying size with rental spaces starting for one person upwards.
