Refurbished pub reopens

The Elms in Shareshill in Wolverhampton has opened its doors following a refurbishment.
Owned by Davenports, Birmingham’s longest standing brewery, established in 1829, it is one of a string of pubs that the group has refurbished over the last 18 months while also acquiring new venues.
Baron Davenport said: “We’ve been busy over the last 18-months acquiring new venues, refurbishing existing pubs, as well as investing in our brand and growth whilst also supporting our staff through what was a difficult time.
“We’ve created a style now for our own venues and whilst our brand is evident throughout all our refurbishments, we also allow the personality of each individual pub to shine through.”
