Legal giant bags Crisp as new director
Legal giant DWF has appointed a new director into its corporate team in Birmingham.
Nick Crisp, an experienced transactional lawyer, re-joins DWF after two years at Shoosmiths.
Crisp is particularly active in the retail, food and hospitality sector and has acted on some high profile transactions including, PepsiCo’s acquisition of Pipers Crisps.
He also has extensive experience of private equity transactions and acting for various international investors. Crisps recently took a lead role in acting for Jensten Group (a Livingbridge portolio company) on its series of acquisitions in the insurance sector.
