Paul Faulkner, the chief of staff at Richardson Family, was crowned Ambassador of the Year at the West Midlands Business Masters Awards, held at the Macdonald Burlington in Birmingham on Thursday evening.

Former Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce chief executive and popular champion for the region’s businesses, Faulkner thanked his peers and praised the tenacity of the region’s economy as it emerges from the pandemic.

Alex Turner, joint managing director at TheBusinessDesk.com, hosted the awards. He said: “Congratulations to Paul and all our winners and shortlisted companies.
