Double hire for Curium as it looks towards growth

Nick Brown and David Grove

Birmingham-based business transformation consultancy Curium Solutions has revealed two new appointments.

Nick Brown is returning to the business as a principal consultant as it responds to additional demand from customers as they accelerate their change agenda, post-lockdown.

He said: “Having previously spent eight years with Curium, it is a fantastic opportunity to be re-joining at such an exciting time in the company’s development. The expanding list of clients as well as the ongoing development of new products and services meant it was too good an opportunity to miss.”

Brown added: “I have always enjoyed working with businesses that put their people first. Given the breadth of the transformation agenda today, I am really looking forward to working closely with our customers and their teams to make them a success.”

James Farrow, director and co-founder said: “We are delighted to welcome Nick back. He knows our business well and has continued to broaden his skills and expertise in recent times. Many of our customers have re-evaluated their change agenda, and it is exciting to hear how ambitious they are. Nick will hit the ground running.”

Curium has also appointed its first finance director. David Grove takes up this position bringing a depth of experience that the firm says will help to underpin future growth plans.

Grove said: “I am thrilled to join Curium. I was impressed with the ambition and values of the company, in particular the focus on people and culture. I’m excited to be part of Curium’s next chapter and look forward to supporting the team in achieving our ‘just cause’ of empowering the potential of our customers.”

Adam Farrow, director and co-Founder said: “David brings with him a wealth of experience and skills that will be critical to support our exciting growth plans over the coming years. Just as importantly, David gets the Curium culture and is a great addition to the team.”

Andy Dawson, director, added: “In March we changed our ownership model to an employee-owned trust. We are delighted that we can recruit the calibre of people announced recently. Change is an important part of every business’s agenda, and we are well positioned to help our customers succeed, underpinned by our own strong company culture.”
