Clearwater International advises on major sale to pan-European consultancy

Birmingham’s Clearwater International has advised Lonsdale Capital Partners and P2 Consulting (P2) on its sale to Waterland-backed Valcon Group (Valcon), a pan-European consultancy.

P2 has a 200 strong workforce helping clients in a range of industries across the UK in their digital transformation, with notable strengths in financial services, utilities, retail and government.

The combination of P2 and Valcon’s current UK operations, which has a team of 100 experts focusing on data and technology, significantly strengthens the group’s UK capabilities enabling the business to deliver end-to-end consulting solutions.

The Clearwater International comprised partner Richard Goldsack and directors Paul Finlayson and Dan Shrimpton and associate James Walker.
