17-storey hotel given backing of planning bosses

How the hotel will look

Plans for a 17-storey hotel at the £700m Paradise redevelopment scheme in Birmingham have been tipped for approval by city council planning chiefs.

The hotel on the corner of Paradise Street, is designed through a collaboration between ISA Architecture & Design and Paradise masterplanners Glenn Howells Architects.

It will be voted on when Birmingham City Council’s planning committee sits next Thursday (January 20).

If built, the scheme will bring to a close Phase Two of the Paradise scheme.
