People: Mills & Reeve adds to Birmingham team; Ten promotions at busines change consultancy; and more

The Birmingham office of law firm Mills & Reeve has welcomed Victoria Potts to its growing family and children team.

Potts joins Mills & Reeve as an associate. Her background includes roles with Shoosmiths, the Gambling Commission and Gateley.
She joins Katherine Kennedy, Stephanie Hawthorne and Rob Norris.

Birmingham-based business change consultancy Entec Si has made ten promotions.

Four people – Jack Sixsmith, David Walker, Charlotte Stanyer and Eilis Garton-Marrows – have been promoted to junior consultant, while Devesh Punjani and Megan Evans are now fully-fledged consultants.

Senior level promotions include Peter Britten, Janet Smith and Tamara Pleasant, who have been promoted to senior consultant, managing consultant and principal consultant respectively. Finally, Alix Cruxton is now a marketing communications executive.

National law firm Clarke Willmott has announced its 2022 promotions list which includes one Birmingham-based lawyer.

Risk and compliance lawyer Lai Fan has been promoted from solicitor to associate and is one of seven new associates across Clarke Willmott’s seven regional offices.

Across the firm two lawyers have been promoted to partner and eight to senior associate.
