Housebuilder to add to Nuneaton housing scheme

Housebuilder Redrow has announced a further 107 homes will be built as part of its Nuneaton development.

The houses form part of Redrow Midlands’ latest phase at Heritage Fields on Higham Lane, bringing a mix of three and four bed homes.

Elaine Cartwright, sales director for Redrow Midlands, said: “We’re delighted to be bringing an additional 107 new homes to Nuneaton as part of our Heritage Fields development.

“Homes at Heritage Fields offer versatile layouts that allow for time spent together as a family, as well as additional bedrooms suitable for growing families, or those looking for versatile space that can serve as a study, playroom, games room or even wellness space.

“The previous phase, which also featured homes from our Heritage Collection, proved extremely popular with homebuyers looking for traditional, 1930s charm combined with a contemporary and high-spec interior. We’d invite anyone who likes the idea of spacious, luxury living to come and visit our show homes and see the stunning designs for themselves.”
