Car leasing firm to accelerate expansion plans

A Burton-on-Trent based car leasing specialist is accelerating growth plans after securing £35,000.

Wileman Sales Consultancy, which has recently been appointed as a representative of the Select Car Leasing Group, accessed finance from BCRS Business Loans.

The company used £35,000 in funding backed by the Recovery Loan Scheme (RLS) to initiate a sales and marketing plan to increase awareness of the newly franchised brand along the A38 corridor between Derbyshire and Birmingham.

Managing director of the firm Richard Wileman said: “I am delighted to have secured funding from BCRS in order to achieve the growth plans we have set for 2022 and 2023.

“It has been a difficult two years due to Covid-19 but the green shoots of recovery are now showing through and the car leasing sector as a whole is projected strong growth in the coming years.

“We have already recruited a salesperson to kickstart this growth and also have plans in the pipeline to employ an additional two staff in admin and marketing.

“I found the process at BCRS to be incredibly easy compared to other finance facilities and I thoroughly enjoyed the interaction between our dedicated Lending Manager, which made the whole process seamless.”
