Telecoms business acquired by Birmingham IT group

Northampton-based telecommunications company Chandler Communications has been bought by a major IT service provider.
Intercity Group has acquired the family-run business as part of its ambitious growth plans.
Chandler Communications, founded in 1986 by Perry and Jo Chandler, has over 350 customers across the UK.
The company’s staff will join Intercity and its Northampton base will become part of the Birmingham-headquartered IT group’s network of UK offices.
