Residential developer HUB is set to reveal initial ideas for a new residential-led development at Snow Hill, Birmingham.

The developer bought the site earlier this year, and is looking to deliver scheme which includes homes with shared amenities and enhanced public spaces, using a lower carbon approach.

Initial ideas are being shared with local residents and business owners at a consultation coffee morning on the 16th June, at Urban Emporium café on Church Street.

HUB is a residential developer with schemes in London, Leeds, Edinburgh and now Birmingham. 2 Snow Hill Plaza will be HUB’s second project in Birmingham, after getting the go-ahead for a 1,223-home mixed-use scheme in Digbeth in November 2020.

Damien Sharkey, managing director at HUB, said: “We are excited to be developing plans for our site in Snow Hill, a fantastic part of the city with great transport connections, access to green space, and proximity to the city centre. HUB has a great track record of delivering schemes in close collaboration with communities across the UK. We look forward to presenting our initial ideas to local residents and businesses, and to hearing about their priorities for this development.”
