Construction underway for 434 homes in Worcester

Redrow Midlands has started work on creating 434 homes in Worcester.

The Kensington Gate development will provide a range of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes as part of Redrow’s ‘Heritage Collection’.

This design aims to couple 1930s ‘charm’ with contemporary high-spec interiors.

As part of Redrow’s focus on building sustainable environments, Kensington Gate will feature green open spaces, and all homes will be supplied by 100% Green certified electricity.

This is in line with the developer’s commitment to achieving science-based, net-zero emissions by 2050.

In collaboration with other housing developers, the local community will also benefit from a £1.6 million injection into the local community, to enhance transport links and supporting education projects, including the development of a new nursery setting and the expansion of local secondary schools.

Elaine Cartwright, sales director for Redrow Midlands, said: ““Kensington Gate is perfectly located for homebuyers looking for a property which offers the benefits of suburban living while a short drive from the heart of the city.

“With easy transport connections and open, green spaces on your doorstep, the development is an ideal option for commuters and families alike”.

“We expect this development will prove popular thanks to the locality and variety of homes available, so we advise anyone looking for their next step on the property ladder to register their interest sooner rather than later.”
