Three-way merger sees IT companies come together

Birmingham-based business, Heart Business Systems, has merged with with Urban Network, a managed services, and outsourced IT solutions provider, and Kerbury Business Centre.

Urban Network provides IT solutions for businesses across Greater London and the South. Heart Business Systems provides IT telephony systems alongside managed service provision. Kerbury Business Centre also offers IT support alongside managed print services.
