Solihull housebuilder on track to turnover £150m

Solihull-based Hayfield, says its on track to secure its full-year turnover target of £150m following a demand in larger, greener, family homes.

The company, which builds the majority of its homes in middle England, sold 90% of its 350-homes target for 2022 by the end of June.

All new Hayfield homes are zero carbon ready and exceed the government’s Future Homes Standard, which will be mandatory from 2025.

Homes include as standard; air-source heat pumps, increased insulation, water efficiency measures and electric vehicle charge points.

Hayfield now has just 40 plots remaining in the current calendar and has 330 plots secured for 2023 with the aim of building 500 annually.
