Developer launches specialist division and relocates HQ

Trebor Developments has launched a new division which will focus on bringing forward land transactions across the UK to secure planning in order to provide a pipeline of future industrial development sites.

Trebor Developments Strategic Land will be headed by planning director Neal Allcock, who joins in September from Carter Jonas in Birmingham.

He will be based at Trebor’s new HQ offices at Beech House on Lydiate Business Park in Bromsgrove

The UK Planning system is slow and complex and having experienced experts like Neal is an important investment. The new Trebor Division will focus on identifying and promoting land for future Industrial development and whilst we have always been involved in this, as our recent success in Kinver has demonstrated, the new Division will seek to substantially expand this area of our activities.
