Transport systems firm snapped up by European tech leader

Malvern-based transport systems expert, Graffica, has been acquired by technology solutions business, Sopra Steria in a deal advised on Harrison Clark Rickerbys.

Graffica is a specialist provider of simulation products, software systems and consultancy services and the acquisition will see it form part of the Sopra Steria UK family. Sopra Steria is a European tech leader recognised for its consultancy and digital services and software development.

Cheltenham-based corporate partner, Rachael Reeves led on the deal for Graffica, and said: “It was a pleasure to support the team at Graffica on this transition – they have very clear synergy with Sopra Steria, sharing many common values, and the collaboration offers up beneficial growth prospects for both companies.
