Worcester digital firm swoops for managed service provider

Worcester-based team.blue has acquired Hemel Hempstead-based digital firm UK Dedicated in a deal advised on by law firm Freeths.

UK Dedicated is a managed dedicated server business made up of two brands, GURU and UKDedicated.
