Mixed-use Jewellery Quarter scheme launches

Knight Frank has been appointed by Rainier Developments to market the mixed-use redevelopment of Charles Green Residences in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.

Launching off-plan this month, the mixed-use development will comprise 37 one and two-bedroom apartments and duplexes set across a central courtyard.

Richard Mees, chief executive at Rainier Developments, said: “We are pleased to continue our existing relationship with the Knight Frank team and look forward to working together to offer the new homes at Charles Green Residences to buyers looking for a truly remarkable location in historic Birmingham to call home.”

Liam Smith, head of Birmingham new homes at Knight Frank, said: “Rainier Developments is committed to the delivery of an exemplary redesigned scheme at Charles Green Residences.

“The development is a prime example of reinverting a commercial site into an exemplary mixed-used scheme. We expect high demand from buyers, given the location of this outstanding neighbourhood and access to a wealth of amenities on the developments doorstep.’’
