125 staff to move to Birmingham’s tallest office tower
Colliers has been revealed as the tenth office occupier to sign up at 103 Colmore Row.
The commercial real estate firm has agreed a ten-year lease on 9,200 sq ft on the 19th floor of the 26-storey building.
The 125-strong Birmingham office will relocate to Birmingham’s tallest office tower from 11 Brindleyplace in November.
The agency has 15 service lines operating across the Midlands and has 13 offices across Scotland, England and Northern Ireland.

“Our office agency team is joint agent for 103 Colmore Row, so we are very familiar with the building and knew that we had to act quickly if we wanted to secure our own spot.
“As well as great panoramic views of the city and beyond, the move means we have easier access to our clients and excellent connectivity to London and Manchester.”
Joint developers Tristan Capital Partners and Sterling Property Ventures have delivered 223,631 sq ft of grade A, BREEAM ‘Excellent’, EPC A rated office space.
A double height restaurant on the 24th floor and a ground floor bar and café, operated by D&D London, will open in October as well as a members’ business club on the 18th floor and three floors of flexible office space managed by x+why.
