Estate agency expands into Solihull

A Midlands estate agency has announced its expansion into the Solihull area.

Chosen Home, which marked its second anniversary this month, has spent the past six months developing the business and growing its team in order to expand its operation into Solihull, Knowle, Olton, Shirley and Dorridge.

The business says its unique concept, whereby vendors aren’t charged to sell their homes, has developed quickly over the past two years as its reputation grew, and director Nicki Ash said the time had come to expand Chosen’s footprint into the region.

She said: “The past two years have seen us operate predominantly within Sutton Coldfield, focusing on the areas where we had strong connections and extensive local knowledge.

“Our concept saw us develop a strong foothold throughout the West Midlands market, building on our reputation for providing exceptional customer service and first-class sales packages.

“For some time we’ve been getting enquiries about Solihull and it’s surrounding villages, and the past few months have seen us appoint a number of new sales managers. Two of these, Lisa Freer and Gemma Hemming, were recruited specifically to represent the Solihull area, thanks to their strong property backgrounds and knowledge of the Solihull area. Together, they form a real Dream Team, and we’re excited to be taking this big step forward within the Midlands.”

Freer, who joined the business earlier this month, said: “Solihull has long appeared near the top of ‘best places to live in the UK’ surveys, and has many picturesque villages on its outskirts.

“With so many amenities close by there’s a huge demand for homes in the area, and we’re really looking forward to introducing the Chosen Home brand and its values to the region and seeing those boards starting to pop up as people understand the high levels of expertise and service they can expect from us.”
