Occupier sought for new high-spec office building at Worcester Six
Harris Lamb has been instructed to let a high-specification office building at Worcester Six Business Park.
The business has been instructed by ZwickRoell to source an occupier for Unit 10B, a brand-new office building which is arranged over three floors and the available accommodation extends to approximately 8,697 sq ft in total.
Extensive parking is provided, and the offices are available for immediate occupation.
