Occupier sought for new high-spec office building at Worcester Six

Harris Lamb has been instructed to let a high-specification office building at Worcester Six Business Park.

The business has been instructed by ZwickRoell to source an occupier for Unit 10B, a brand-new office building which is arranged over three floors and the available accommodation extends to approximately 8,697 sq ft in total.

Extensive parking is provided, and the offices are available for immediate occupation.

Sara Garratt, who is overseeing the letting, said: “Worcester Six needs no introduction: a world class business park located at the heart of the country, the site offers a unique commercial environment with high quality, sustainable buildings with excellent UK-wide access links courtesy of the M5.

“This particular unit was completed last month, and while the building will be part-occupied by owners ZwickRoell themselves, the remainder of the property is available as a whole or on a floor-by-floor basis, providing from 2,756 sq ft to 8,697 sq ft.

“The building has a communal entrance leading to a reception area, with communal bathroom and lift facilities positioned at the rear of reception and on upper floors. There is also a staircase between floors. The office suites on each floor offer open plan accommodation with LED lighting and a VRF heat and cool system

“Outside, there are extensive security measures including full CCTV, entry barriers and fencing, while the unit itself benefits from electric charging points and ample parking,” she added.

The business park is currently home to occupiers including Alliance Flooring, IONOS, Kohler Mira and Spire Healthcare.

GJS Dillon act as joint agents.
