Office Innovations has completed seven projects for the law firm

Nottingham-based interior design and office fit-out specialist Office Innovations has completed its latest project for leading UK law firm Browne Jacobson.

The Chilwell firm took just 12 weeks to deliver a full fit-out at Browne Jacobson’s new 15th floor office at 103 Colmore Row in Birmingham.

The 1,127 m2 office, which has now opened, includes a “show-stopping” reception space, several new meeting rooms and collaborative space for colleagues to work away from their desks and host informal meetings.

The Nottingham-headquartered law firm moved into the 25-storey building at Colmore Row after vacating its previous Birmingham office at Victoria Square House.

Office Innovations previously completed a fit-out of Browne Jacobson’s premises at No.1, Spinningfields on Hardman Street in Manchester.

Inside the new office

Karl Severn, managing director of Office Innovations, said: “Having successfully completed another project for Browne Jacobson, I’m immensely proud of the Office Innovations team’s dedication to building a high quality and stimulating working environment. From the initial design development stage through to the works on site, and our proactive engagement with the client’s team, together we have created a working environment that reflects Browne Jacobson’s forward thinking work ethos and is a place, where I’m sure people will enjoy their working day.”

Richard Medd, managing partner at Browne Jacobson, said: “Our new space perfectly encapsulates our ethos, culture and brand values as a modern, forward thinking law firm whilst at the same time offering clients an attractive flexible working environment which suits the way they like to work and collaborate with their advisers and partners.”

People director, Declan Vaughan, said: “We want to encourage collaborative ways of working and the new office, similar to our other offices, has been designed to encourage the free flow of people, contact and connection.”

Browne Jacobson’s head of facilities, Andrea Ward, added: “I think people will feel really proud to work in the new space and proud to take clients there.”
