Nominations open for Midlands PROPS Awards
The PROPS Awards, the UK’s longest-standing property awards, are back in the Midlands and nominations are now open.
The awards, with headline sponsor Bond Wolfe and co-sponsored by TheBusinessDesk.com, recognise individuals and companies in the property industry who have excelled and encompass a range of categories, including Industrial Deal of the Year, Residential Project of the Year and Rising Star Award.
Last year’s recipients of the PROPS Awards included well established and outstanding companies and individuals such as MEPC, CBRE, The Galliard Apsley Partnership, Sterling Property Ventures, Stoford Developments, Keepmoat Homes and rising star Sam Cooper.
Taking place on Thursday, 27th April 2023 at The Grand Hotel, Colmore Row, the PROPS will also raise vital funds for Variety, the Children’s Charity. Now in its 31st year, the Awards have generated more than £10 million for Variety and provided support for countless disabled children across the UK.

If there’s a company, a team, or an individual you feel deserves special recognition for their outstanding work then fill in the form below and nominate them for one of the 2023 PROPS awards.
You may nominate your company, yourself or someone you know. Entry is free and you can enter any number of awards.
The awards nominations are free to enter, and there is no limit to the number of nominations that can be submitted or categories that can be entered. Please complete and upload a separate entry form for each nomination you wish to submit.
Lyn Staunton, development director at Variety, the Children’s Charity said: “I want to say a huge thank you and congratulations to all last year’s Midlands PROPS awards winners and to thank our sponsors and donors who were so very generous.
“The funds raised allowed Variety to help disabled and disadvantaged children in the Midlands Region by purchasing a new “Variety Sunshine Coach” which will be on display outside The Grand Hotel at this year’s Props Awards.
