Speaker revealed for West Midlands Leadership Awards 2023

This year’s West Midlands Leadership Awards will take place on Thursday March 9, sponsored by Curium Solutions.

We can now exclusively reveal this year’s speaker is Nicola Frampton, non-executive director of Frasers Group and chief operation officer of Domino’s Pizza Group.

Nicola was managing director of William Hill’s UK Retail division from April 2010 – working closely with the board, executive committee and operational management to lead a number of successful innovation and transformation projects.

Before Nicola switched to a career in executive management career, she had spent the previous 10 years working in professional services, most recently as a director at Deloitte.

Nicola will be speaking at our Leadership Awards, a night to celebrate the region’s role models within their organisations and raise the bar for their competitors.

The 12 winners will show the qualities of extraordinary leadership and be able to demonstrate the positive impact this has had.
