Gymshark welcomes former ASOS chief as CFO
Former Asos interim chief Mat Dunn has begun his role as the new chief financial officer of e-commerce sportswear retailer Gymshark.
Dunn spent four years as the London-listed firm’s CFO as well as stepping up to the role of interim chief briefly.
Ben Francis, CEO and founder of the Solihull company, created the brand as a teenager in 2012.
Francis, who received an MBE for services to the business sector in the 2023 New Year Honours List, sold a 21% stake to private equity General Atlantic in August 2020.
