Nominate your property leaders for The PROPS Awards 2023

The PROPS Awards, the UK’s longest-standing property awards, are back in the Midlands and nominations are open!

The awards, with headline sponsor Bond Wolfe and sponsors, Rainier Developments and Strategic Land, EMMAUS Consulting Limited, Bromwich Hardy, Prosperity Wealth and media partner TheBusinessDesk.com.

The PROPS recognise individuals and companies in the property industry who have excelled and encompass a range of categories, including Industrial Deal of the Year, Residential Project of the Year and Rising Star Award.

Last year’s recipients of the PROPS Awards included well established and outstanding companies and individuals such as MEPC, CBRE, The Galliard Apsley Partnership, Sterling Property Ventures, Stoford Developments, Keepmoat Homes and rising star Sam Cooper.

Taking place on Thursday, 27th April 2023 at The Grand Hotel, Colmore Row, the PROPS will also raise vital funds for Variety, the Children’s Charity. Now in its 31st year, the Awards have generated more than £10 million for Variety and provided support for countless disabled children across the UK.

The awards nominations are free to enter, and there is no limit to the number of nominations that can be submitted or categories that can be entered. Please complete and upload a separate entry form for each nomination you wish to submit.
