Jerroms continues expansion strategy

Accountants and business advisers Jerroms has expanded its offering with the addition of a local accountancy practice.

The firm has merged with Financial Accounting Services, an accountancy and taxation firm based in Solihull. The Financial Accounting Services team have relocated to join the 125-strong Jerroms team who are based at Blythe Valley Park.

This is the fourth merger Jerroms has completed in the last four years after it merged with GCN Accounting Services, Chartered Accountants Harben Barker and Blue Sky Corporate Finance.

Carl Hall, director of Financial Accounting Services said: “Jerroms is an excellent fit for us – our shared core values allow us to continue to provide a high level of service to our longstanding client relationships whilst also allowing our clients the opportunity to benefit from utilising a broader range of specialist services within the Jerroms Group.”

Managing director of Jerroms, Mark Eden said the deal was part of a planned expansion strategy for the firm.

He said: “We have known Carl and his practice for many years and have thoroughly enjoyed working with them previously. We are really pleased to welcome
them to our team – we believe they will be a fantastic addition to our Solihull office.”
