REI welcomes latest tenant to business park

Real Estate Investors has now fully let Venture Court on Wolverhampton Business Park.

SGS United Kingdom has taken 5,500 sq ft on the first floor of the 14,900 sq ft building on a 10 year lease.

The company joins occupiers including mechanical and electrical engineering contractors King & Moffatt on the ground floor, and Newstead Clark Financial Services, which shares part of the first floor with SGS.

SGS United Kingdom is part of one of the world’s leading testing, inspection and certification companies, employing 97,000 employees in a network of 2,650 offices and laboratories worldwide.

Jack Sears, asset manager at REI, said: “We are delighted to welcome SGS into the building, alongside King & Moffatt and Newstead Clark Financial Services Ltd.

“This means that another REI building is fully let.”

Venture Court is a modern office building on Wolverhampton Business Park, which REI purchased in 2017.

Rod Spiby at commercial property agents Bulleys acted for REI and Donna Barnes at law firm SHMA provided legal advice.
