Creative agency doubles space with Solihull move

A creative agency has doubled its office space after taking a 15-year lease in Solihull.

Jask Creative has taken a 3,000sq ft office space at Shelly Farm, Monkspath, after agreeing terms with LCP, the national commercial property and investment company, which owns and manages the precinct.

LCP, which is part of M Core, one of the largest, privately held commercial property portfolios in the UK, acquired the parade, in Farmhouse Way, in 2021. It comprises 10 retail units – all of which are fully let – and include the Co-operative, Richard Wallace Hairdressers, and J&D Mason Opticians. There are also two office suites and 56 parking spaces.

Rakesh Joshi, LCP’s director for leasing (Midlands), said: “It was a pleasure to assist Jask with its expansion into Farmhouse Way, especially given the current shortage of high-quality offices available in the suburbs around Solihull and in Birmingham’s out-of-town market areas. The team has moved to a superb space where they can continue to thrive and support their clients.”

Bradley Walker, asset manager for the precinct, added: “With just one small unit available, Shelly Farm remains a strong convenience parade for the local community. I’m looking forward to working with Jask Creative as it settles into its new home.”

Jask Creative has 26 staff, with specialists in creative design, branding, web development, photography, and videography.

Stuart Jordan, managing director at Jask said: “We’re delighted to be in our new space. We’ve secured a fantastic location which allows us to better service our clients, while the extended room means we can continue with our growth strategy.”
