Guest services provider set to welcome national growth

Specialist guest services provider Portico is rolling out a regional growth plan as it looks to “significantly” expand its footprint across the UK.

The company already has a presence in seven major UK cities, including Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester.

Portico has around 30 staff operating in 15 sites across Birmingham, and recently signed a contract with property asset management company, JLL, to provide front-of-house guest services at over 80 of its sites across the UK including at 9 Colmore Row, 2 Chamberlain Square, and 10 Temple street in Birmingham.

Portico secured its first contract in Birmingham in 2014 with PwC and, since then, has grown its presence by securing further contracts at sites including NatWest, Deutsche Bank, Eversheds, and Evelyn. It supplies services ranging from reception and concierge services to workplace management.
