Tenants secured for prime Colmore Business District office

Two floors of a Colmore Business District office building have been let by Knight Frank and Savills.
The entire 10th floor has been taken by Bevan Brittan and Port-P has secured part of the 7th floor of 45 Church Street on behalf of Royal London Asset Management (RLAM).
A communal roof terrace is set to open on the 12th floor of the 121,114 sq ft building this summer.
William Higgins, senior surveyor at Knight Frank said: “The calibre and standing of these new tenants is a clear testament to the quality and impact of the continued investment in this Grade A office building by RLAM.
“The planned introduction of a new communal roof terrace will further enhance both the buildings reputation and wider market appeal as we witness growing occupier demand for dedicated building amenity.”
Ruth Kemp, asset manager at RLAM said “Our sustained investment in this property is proving accretive, and these recent lettings support this, and demonstrates the continued strength in the Birmingham office market”.
Aaron Harte, Director at Port-P stated: “Our new home at 45 Church St, marks the arrival of our thirteenth year in the city. The stunning views over the city, flexible workspace, and proximity to transport links make 45 Church St an unbeatable location for our expanding business.”
