Law firm Sydney Mitchell has appointed Rajvinder Kaur as an associate solicitor and business immigration specialist.
She joins the firm from Axiom DWFM.
Having previously worked for a boutique Chinese law firm in central Birmingham and London, Kaur has assisted clients from a range of backgrounds with different circumstances in the Indian community (both within and outside the UK). She is fluent in Punjabi and can understand Hindi.

John Roberts
West Bromwich specialist care provider, Select Lifestyles, has bolstered its operations with the appointment of John Roberts.
Roberts joins Select Lifestyles as a care, quality and compliance manager, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge from previous roles in the care and third sector.
Established in 2007, Select Lifestyles is an independent provider of support services for people with learning disabilities and complex needs across the West Midlands. The organisation currently provides high quality care and support to around 175 clients across one residential site, 31 supported living locations, one day centre and one respite unit.
Roberts said: “It’s an exciting time for Select Lifestyles and I’m really looking forward to working with the team and being part of a company that’s recognised for its excellence within the health and social care sector, not only for the wellbeing and care of residents and clients but also those who it employs.”
