Firm kickstarts expansion with acquisition of recruitment specialist

Irish professional services company the Mackin Group has purchased recruitment firm Greybridge Search & Selection.

The Leamington-based business specialises in talent acquisition and placement of professionals in the fields of digital transformation, data, AI and health sciences. It will continue to operate under its own brand, while adopting Mackin’s practices of offering ongoing support and benefits to the professionals they place.

Mackin Group says the deal will expand its staffing and recruitment services into new sectors. The firm rapidly scaled up after successfully placing three IT employees with a Silicon Valley technology company in 2014. It now employs 250 people worldwide, with offices in ten countries. Clients include tech giants and a diverse range of regional businesses.

Contractor employees are offered monthly support, access to learning and development, career coaching and benefits that are normally reserved for full-time, permanent employees, such as health cover and paid holidays.
