Medical equipment manufacturer acquired
A medical equipment manufacturer based in Birmingham has been bought by Agile Group Holdings.
Law firm Trowers & Hamlins has advised husband and wife owners, Ian and Nicola Hartland, on the sale of Meditelle.
Over the last 25 years the company has grown to become a leading manufacturer of specialist professional medical, health and therapy equipment. Meditelle works with customers in the medical and healthcare industries as well as other organisations across the UK.
Ian Hartland, managing director at Meditelle, said: “We are delighted that the new owners share our visions for the future of the business and we look forward to the business going from strength to strength.”
