Accountancy group expands UK presence with merger

TC Group has completed its third merger in the last three months, as it announced it will form with Murphy Salisbury.

Based in Stratford-upon-Avon, accountancy practice Murphy Salisbury will now merge to become TC Murphy Salisbury, building on TC’s M&A strategy.

A ‘Top 30’ firm of accountants and tax advisers, TC Group has 35 locations across the UK and is headquartered in Sussex. It’s recently merged with London-based BSG Valentine and Baker Chapman & Bussey.

Murphy Salisbury has been providing accountancy and advisory services to clients for more than 40 years.
