People: Sigma Connected; Anthony Collins
Birmingham-headquartered business outsourcing provider, Sigma Connected, has introduced Lesley Avinou as the newly-appointed Group Director of Client Partnerships.
In this newly-created position, Lesley Avinou will spearhead the development of client relationship management across various locations, including the UK, Australia, and the USA.
Before joining Sigma Connected, Lesley Avinou served as the head of customer services, transformation, and partnership management at Marks and Spencer for two years.
Her prior experience includes leadership roles at British Gas, Scottish Widows, and Standard Life.
Avinou said: “Having worked on the client side for nearly 30 years I understand the challenges that organisations can face. That puts me in a strong position to ensure we are delivering bespoke services that support our clients in being the best at what they do.
“For the last six years, I’ve admired Sigma Connected and its ways of working. Law firm, Anthony Collins has welcomed Laura Jordan as a new partner to enhance its corporate practice, focusing on health and social care.

Laura Jordan, with over 15 years of experience, joins Anthony Collins from Voyage Care, where she served as legal director, company secretary, and data protection officer.
Before her tenure at Voyage Care, Laura spent seven years as a corporate finance and private equity lawyer at Pinsent Masons, working with leading providers in the UK’s health and social care sector.
