Charlotte Fullard

Charlotte Fullard has been appointed as senior associate director in the office agency team at BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Based in the Birmingham office, Fullard joins after spending almost four years at Vail Williams, where she led its commercial agency.

She brings a significant client base and property portfolios, contributing to the team’s total instructions, which now exceed 1m square feet.

With 22 years of experience as an office agent, she is skilled in both disposals and acquisitions, having previously represented clients such as Real Estate Investors plc, Hortons Estate, and Ingeus UK Limited.

Her addition aims to enhance the team’s tenant representation offering further.

M·E·L Research Ltd has introduced Paul Sutton as the newest team member, serving as the fieldwork operations manager.

Sutton joined the company in October 2023 and brings an impressive 20 years of operational management experience, with a 14-year focus on fieldwork management within the market and social research sectors.

Before joining M·E·L Research, he gained experience in companies like Telewest and Capita.

His entry into the research field began with roles at JRA Research, Peak Answers, and, most recently, the National Centre for Social Research.

Starting his career in call centres, Paul progressed into leadership roles in operational sales, project management, and fieldwork management.

In his prior role at the National Centre for Social Research, he served as Senior Field Manager, leading a remote team of six Field Performance Managers and 150 full-time external survey interviewers.

Now at M·E·L Research, Sutton is responsible for developing and overseeing crucial processes for outbound call centres and face-to-face fieldwork.

 

West Bromwich has revealed two additions to its senior team this week.

Heather Hazley has been welcomed to the organisation as the head of distribution, leveraging her extensive 30-year background in financial services.

Her expertise spans various functions, including retail, contact centres, digital services, and intermediaries, showcased through her previous senior positions at RBS and Nationwide.

Gurvinder Glenholme

Additionally, Gurvinder Glenholme has assumed the position of head of strategy and partnerships.

She brings over 15 years of experience in strategy development and execution, having spearheaded a range of diverse projects in previous positions at Nationwide.

Heather and Gurvinder’s appointments follow several senior hires at the West Brom over this year, as the building society continues to expand and grow its teams.
