Solihull estate agent chosen to sell 109 new properties
Solihull-based DM & Co. Homes has been appointed by Wain Homes to sell 109 new properties at The Green in Shirley, Solihull.
Work has already started on the six-acre site at The Green which is situated on the main A34 Stratford Road commuter route into Birmingham from the M42.
This new development will offer homebuyers a range of properties from four-bedroom, family executive-style homes to two and three-bedroom properties and a range of affordable apartments and houses.
Of the 109 homes, 33 will be 4 bedroom, 5 will be 3 bedroom, 1 will be 2 bedroom and there will be 36 apartments for sale, with the remaining 28 plots will be available through a housing association.
Wain Homes intends to have the first show home and marketing suite available to view in late January 2024.
