Insurance broker completes fifth acquisition in twelve months

A national insurance broker headquartered in Birmingham has purchased a legal indemnity specialist as part of rapid expansion plans.

Adler Fairways has acquired London-based Intelligent Real Estate Due Diligence (IREDD) – one of five purchases in the past 12 months as part of a strategy to grow its specialisms.

The chartered independent insurance broker provided insurance and risk management advice, employee benefits, and health and wellbeing services to commercial and private clients from seven offices across the UK, including its Birmingham HQ at Prudent House.

Co-founded in 2010 by directors Robert McNally and Moz Gamble, IREDD is a legal indemnity specialist based in London which provides a client-focussed, broker service, operating in the real estate investment market.

The shareholders of IREDD were represented by Mallory Coxe and Emily McFadyen from Wright Hassall – a full-service law firm based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.

Robert McNally said: “We are thrilled to have joined Adler Fairways and are excited to be part of their future so that IREDD may continue to deliver insurance solutions tailored to our client’s needs, coupled with exceptional levels of service”.
